This syrup is fantastic diluted in soda water for the perfect festive non-alcoholic drink. It can also add dimensions to some dry sparkling wine or be mixed with gin/vodka for a Christmas martini. Enjoy!

Is there anything more Christmassy than cranberries?! On their own, they can be very plain, but with the infusion of the other winter delights (orange zest and rosemary), they make a delicious drink. Mix this with soda water and pour over ice. Serve with a orange zest and a sprig of rosemary to make it feel extra special. It’s the perfect festive non-alcoholic drink and would make the perfect homemade gift for those abstaining from alcohol this year.

If you are drinking alcohol, jazz up your sparkling wine with splash of this syrup. It elevates sparkling wine to gentle Christmassy cocktail which gets drunk a little too quickly! If you are looking for something a bit harder try mixing with a few spirits and create your own festive cocktail!
