I love to eat! And as I consequence I love to create and cook flavoursome food. I also grow my own food. It always tastes better straight from the plant after love and care has gone into it. It also has taught me that seasonal eating is much more flavoursome and a lot cheaper. This site is a way for me to share sustainable seasonal food that I hope you love as much as I do. Occassionally, gluts of fruit and veg allow me to produce much more than my household can eat. These products are available in some local east London shops.
